For International shipping please allow an additional 7-22 business days.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items. You will need to refer to the carrier and advise of the issue and place the appropriate claim. Once the items leave our facilities and the carrier states delivered it is no longer within our ability to replace anything lost, stolen or damaged. However, We will do everything in our power to assist you during this process.
We are not responsible for any incorrect address information. Please double check the shipping address that you placed on file with us. If your items have already shipped, and you failed to update the address, you will need to contact your carrier to located the package. If your package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, you will have to pay for shipping to have the item resent to you.
